The standard rate
Regular Price
- Free changes and cancellations are allowed up to 15 days before arrival.
- A 100% deposit is due at the time of booking.
In the event of a change or cancellation of a stay booked at theStandard Rate:
- 15 days before arrival: free cancellation without reason
- Between 2 and 15 days before the event: 25% to 75% non-refundable
THE EARLY BIRD RATE
Early Bird Rate – for reservations made 45 days in advance
- Payment of a 30% deposit upon booking
- Balance due 30 days before arrival
In the event of a change or cancellation of your stay:
—same as the Standard Rate.
Price shown is for a stay booked 45 days in advance.
LONG STAYS -20%
Early Booking Discount for Long Stays: 20% off for stays of 4 nights or more
Book several days in advance (60 days) and get a 20% discount.
- 20% discount for stays of 4 nights or more during the low and mid seasons*
- Payment of a 30% deposit upon booking
- Balance due 30 days before arrival
In the event of a change or cancellation of your stay:
—same as the Standard Rate.
*Low and mid-season = all year round except for the Christmas holidays and August 1–15.
Rates shown apply to stays booked 60 days in advance. This offer is not retroactive. It can only be applied at the time of booking on our website.

- Free changes and cancellations up to 8 days before arrival
In the event of a change or cancellation of a stay booked under theFlexible Rate:
- 8 days before arrival: free cancellation without reason
- Between 2 and 8 days before the event: 50% to 75% non-refundable
Rate applies to stays booked between 16 and 60 days in advance.
Offer is not retroactive. Must be selected at the time of booking on our website.
