Whether you’re looking for maximum flexibility, an attractive discount for longer stays, or a classic solution with standard cancellation conditions, we’ve got the formula for you.
Book directly on our official website to benefit from the best conditions: NORMAL rate, PROMO-15 rate for stays of 7 nights or more, or FLEXIBLE rate with only 25% deposit and the possibility of modifying or cancelling without justification.

STANDARD RATE
Normal rate – modification and cancellation free 15 days before arrival
- Changes and cancellations free of charge up to 15 days before arrival.
- Payment of 100% deposit upon reservation.
In the event of cancellation of a stay at the NORMAL rate :
| Modify or cancel 15 days before arrival: 100% free of charge and reimbursed |
| Modifications or cancellations between D-2 and D-15 prior to arrival: from 25% to 75% non-refundable |
| Modifications or cancellations the day before or the day of arrival: non-refundable |
Early Bird RATE
Early bird rate – for bookings 3 months in advance
- Changes and cancellations free of charge up to 15 days before arrival.
- 25% deposit on booking, balance 30 days before arrival
In the event of cancellation of a stay with the ANTICIPEE Tariff:
| Modify or cancel 15 days before arrival: 100% free of charge and reimbursed |
| Modifications or cancellations between D-2 and D-15 prior to arrival: from 25% to 75% non-refundable |

FLEXIBLE PRICING
Flexible modification and cancellation
Book your vacation with complete peace of mind: opt for the FLEXIBLE FARE when booking your holiday on our online platform, and benefit from flexible conditions for modifying or cancelling your holiday!
- Free modification and cancellation up to 8 days before arrival
- 25% deposit only, balance on arrival
Conditions of access to this rate :
- You don’t need to provide any proof, even if you change your mind.
- Visible all year round, except public holidays, for stays booked 16 days in advance.
- Rate calculation: based on the “normal” rate plus 5% and plus €5 per night.
- Non-retroactive offer. Can only be taken out at the time of booking on our website.
- Which accommodation? All accommodations.
In the event of cancellation of a stay with the FLEXIBLE Tariff :
| Modify or cancel 8 days before arrival: 100% free of charge and reimbursed |
| Modifications or cancellations between D-2 and D-8 prior to arrival: 50% to 75% non-refundable |
| Modifications or cancellations the day before or the day of arrival: non-refundable |
SPECIAL RATE -15
15% discount for stays of 7 nights or more – book early, pay less!
Stay 7 days or more and benefit from a 15% discount thanks to the PROMO-15 rate when you book your stay on our online platform.
