STANDARD RATE

Standard rate

Changes and cancellations free of charge up to 15 days before arrival.
Payment of 100% deposit upon reservation.

In the event of modification or cancellation of a stay at the Standard Rate :

15 days before arrival: free cancellation without reason
Between D-2 and D-15: from 25% to 75% non-refundable

Early Bird RATE

Early bird rate – for bookings 3 months in advance

25% deposit on reservation
Balance due 30 days before arrival

If you change or cancel your stay with the Early Bird Rate:
same as the Standard Rate.

LONG STAYS -15%

Long Stay Promo Rate -15% for a stay of 7 nights or more

Stay 7 days or more and benefit from a 15% discount.

15% discount for stays of 7 nights or more
100% deposit on reservation

In the event of modification or cancellation of a stay with the Long Stay Promotional Fare:
same as the Standard Fare.

Conditions of access to this rate :

Price visible outside the July-August and Christmas school vacations.
Price calculation: based on the “normal” price minus 15%. Non-retroactive offer. Can only be taken out at the time of booking on our website.

Rates available all year round, for stays booked between 16 and 90 days in advance.
Rate calculation: based on the “normal” rate plus 5% and plus €5 per night. Non-retroactive offer. Can only be taken out at the time of booking on our website.
