Each space has been designed to offer comfort, serenity and privacy. Temperatures, lighting and natural materials all contribute to creating a soothing, relaxing atmosphere.

To make the most of your visit to the spa, we recommend that you arrive a few minutes before your scheduled time slot, so that you can take full advantage of your session. Remember to remove all metallic and electronic items before entering the sauna or hammam, and to bring a bathing suit and personal towel. Access to the spa and swimming pool is free at the times indicated, generally from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., with an extension to 8 p.m. during the summer.
To promote relaxation and recovery, alternate warm and cool phases: after a sauna session, finish with a warm or cool shower to stimulate blood circulation and optimize the benefits of the heat. This rhythm helps release muscular tension and soothe the mind. Visitors can also extend this moment of well-being by returning to their accommodation, especially if they’re staying in a chalet, to enjoy the continuity of calm and comfort.
