The cuisine, based on Alsatian tradition – homemade sauerkraut, Baeckaoffa, raclette with Valley cheeses, cordon-bleu with Munster cheese, marcaire burger – offers your guests a wide variety of choices. This formula guarantees efficient service management, reunited dishes and tailor-made support right from the start.

Depending on your needs, the menu can be adapted to specific diets (vegetarian, gluten-free, allergies). We work with fresh, seasonal produce, favoring short circuits to guarantee freshness and authenticity.
