Pour que votre séjour soit sans souci, nous avons mis en place un ensemble de services pratiques : accueil personnalisé, documentation touristique, prêt de matériel, espace enfants, etc. Vous trouverez toutes les informations utiles concernant les horaires d’arrivée et de départ, l’accès routier, le parking, le tri des déchets et la gestion écologique du site. Nous veillons également à ce que les chalets soient équipés selon vos attentes : cuisine équipée, salle de bains, terrasse, chauffage. En cas de besoin, notre équipe est présente pour répondre à vos questions, recommander des circuits de randonnée ou vous orienter vers des activités dans la région.
Un espace de réception reste accessible pour toute demande d’information complémentaire ou besoin logistique, et nous mettons également à disposition une connexion Wi-Fi au bar/restaurant pour ceux qui souhaitent rester connectés. Des équipements pratiques comme barbecues individuels, ballons, matériel de pétanque, balles de baby-foot, brassard enfant pour la piscine. Enfin, des consignes simples sont mises à disposition pour faciliter la cohabitation et préserver le cadre naturel du domaine.
